York Imperial’s made in America injection molds are crafted from the highest quality steel. We specialize in unique tooling, external thread configurations, thin wall construction, gating, high-volume cooling, and collapsible core technology utilizing mechanical, hydraulic and servo controls.
Our in-house Tool Shop services our customer’s molds around-the-clock for both preventive and routine tooling maintenance. In addition, detailed service records are maintained in our proprietary tooling database for each and every mold in the building.
